ولد الملك فيصل في صفر من عام 1324ه / أبريل 1906م ، و توفيت أمه و هو صغير لم يبلغ ستة شهور ، و نشأ نشأة دينية صالحة ، و تلقى تعليمه الشرعي على يد جده لأمه الشيخ عبد الله بن عبد اللطيف آل الشيخ ، كما تربى في مدرسة والده الملك عبد العزيز إدارياً و سياسياً و اجتماعياً ، و شارك في عدد من حملات توحيد البلاد في عهد الملك عبد العزيز .

ترأس وفد المملكة العربية السعودية إلى مؤتمر لندن المنعقد عام 1358ه/ 1939م لمناقشة القضية الفلسطينية المعروف باسم " المائدة المستديرة " كما ترأس وفد المملكة لحضور مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة الذي عقد يوم 25 أبريل 1945م في مدينة سان فرنسسكو بناء على الدعوة التي تلقاها الملك عبد العزيز من دول الحلفاء الكبرى لحضور هذا المؤتمر ، و وقع سموه باسم المملكة على تصريح الأمم المتحدة باسم بلاده . ثم حضر مؤتمر ميثاق هيئة الأمم الذي انتهى في 26 يونيو 1945م / 15 رجب 1364ه و وقع على الميثاق نيابة عن جلالة الملك عبد العزيز .

و عند ما أسند إليه أخوه الملك سعود سلطات واسعة و منها مراجعة و تعديل ما يحتاج إلى تعديل ، صدرت عدة أنظمة منها :

نظام مجلس الوزراء الذي حل محله نظام مجلس الوزراء ذو الرقم أ / 91 و تاريخ 27/8/1412ه .

نظام الموظفين العام الذي حل محله نظام الخدمة المدنية .

الأنظمة المالية .

نظام المقاطعات .

نظام البلديات .

نظام التأديب ... و غير ذلك .

كما قام بإجراءات مالية و إدارية ساهمت كثيراً في استقرار الأوضاع في المملكة و خاصة المالية . و في عهده " ملكاً " تم ضم جامعة الملك عبد العزيز الأهلية إلى الدولة و تحويل الكليات و المعاهد العلمية إلى جامعة هي جامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية ، و تحويل كلية البترول إلى جامعة البترول و المعادن .

و في عهده كانت حرب العاشر من رمضان 1393ه / السادس من أكتوبر 1973م فوقفت المملكة موقفاً مشرفاً ، ليس بقطع إمداد البترول للدول المؤيدة لإسرائيل _ و إنما أيضاً _ بالتأييد المادي و المعنوي للدول التي دخلت الحرب مما أسهم كثيراً فيما حققته المعركة من انتصارات .

توفى الملك فيصل يوم الثلاثاء 13 من ربيع الأول عام 1395ه الموافق 25 مارس عام1975م مقتولاً غفر الله له و جعله من الشهداء الأبرار . و قد خلفه في الحكم ولى العهد أخوه الملك خالد بن عبد العزيز .



من أقوال الملك فيصل :

يجب على المسلمين عامة و على العرب بصفة خاصة أن يتصلوا ببعضهم ، و أن يتفاهموا و أن يعتصموا بحبل الله.

معاذ الله أن يعترض الإسلام سبيل التقدم فهو دين التطور و دين العزة و دين الكرامة ، و لنغتنم الحج فرصة لبحث سبيل النهوض بالمسلمين .


الاسطورة فيصل بن عبدالعزيز


سيرة هذا الملك البدوي الجليل عطره لمن أراد أن يعرف ( نبل البدو , جسارة شجاعة البدو , جهاد البدو , وفاء البدو , حكمة البدو, حلم البدو , أنفة وعزّة ووقار وتواضع البدو )

هو الملك فيصل بن عبدالعزيز بن عبدالرحمن بن فيصل بن تركي بن عبدالله بن محمد بن سعود . طيّب الله ثراه

الإبن الثالث من أبناء الملك عبدالعزيز بن عبدالرحمن آل سعود , بعد تركي بن عبدالعزيز و سعود بن عبدالعزيز.

وهو الحاكم الخامس عشر من أسرة آل سعود الكريمه.. / .. والثالث في الدوله الحديثه .

ولد الفيصل في شهر صفر من عام 1324 ه .. الموافق لشهر إبريل 1906 م في مدينة الرياض .

وأمه هي طرفه بنت الشيخ عبدالله بن عبداللطيف آل الشيخ حفيد الإمام الشيخ محمد بن عبدالوهاب توفيت والدته بعد خمسة أشهر من ولادته .

تولى العرش في يوم الإثنين27 جمادي الأخره 1384ه الموافق2 نوفمبر 1964 م.

مواقف في حياة الملك فيصل .



وهو يعتبر ذا باع طويل في السياسة، التي اشتغل بها لما يزيد عن الأربعين عاماً قبل توليه الحكم، حيث انتدبه والده لزيارة بريطانيا وفرنسا نيابة عنه في أعقاب الحرب العالمية الأولى، وأرسله، في عام 1926، لزيارة عدد من دول أوروبا الغربية لشرح التطورات السياسية في الجزيرة العربية بعد توحيد الحجاز وضمه إلى الدولة السعودية.



وترأس الملك الفيصل، في عام 1935، وفد المملكة العربية السعودية إلى مؤتمر لندن، المعروف بمؤتمر المائدة المستديرة، لمناقشة القضية الفلسطينية. وترأس أيضاً وفد المملكة العربية السعودية ومثلها في التوقيع على ميثاق هيئة الأمم المتحدة في مدينة سان فرانسيسكو في ولاية كاليفورنيا بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.

وخلال تلك الفترة، تقلد الملك فيصل عدداً من المناصب القيادية، سواء في عهد والده الملك عبد العزيز أو في عهد أخيه الملك سعود. وعينه والده نائباً له على الحجاز في عام 1926، ثم رئيساً لمجلس الشورى في عام 1927، ثم أول وزير للخارجية السعودية في عام 1930. أما في عهد الملك سعود، فقد تولى الملك فيصل ولاية العهد، وكذلك، رئاسة الوزراء في مرحلة لاحقة.

وينسب إلى الملك فيصل إدخال العديد من الإصلاحات في المجالات المختلفة في المملكة العربية السعودية، ولاسيما على مستويات الاقتصاد، والتعليم، والمستوى الاجتماعي.

وعلى المستوى الإسلامي، فيعتبر الملك فيصل مؤسس رابطة العالم الإسلامي، التي انبثق عنها مؤتمر القمة الإسلامي الأول الذي عقد في 18 أبريل/نيسان 1965.

أما على المستوى العربي، فيرتبط ذكر الملك فيصل بدوره المؤثر خلال حرب أكتوبر/تشرين الأول 1973، من خلال استخدامه لاح النفط لأول مرة في تاريخ الصراع العربي–الإسرائيلي، بقطع الإمدادات عن الدول الغربية المؤيدة لإسرائيل.

" إذا كنت تطلب منا يافخامة الرئيس , أن نرضخ للأمر الواقع , فلماذا لم ترضخ فرنسا لإحتلال ألمانيا , لماذا شكلت حكومة المنفى , وكافحت حتى إستعدت وطنك وبعدها كان ديجول دائما ً يردد " الفضل لفيصل , الذي أفهمني حقيقة قضية فلسطين "

2. ويقول وزير الخارجيه الأمريكي السابق في مذكراته أنه عندما إلتقى الملك فيصل في جدّه , عام 1973 م , في محاوله لإثنائه عن وقف ضخ البترول , رآه متجهما ً , فأراد أن يستفتح الحديث معه بمداعبه , فقال " إن طائرتي تقف هامده في المطار , بسبب نفاد الوقود , فهل تأمرون جلالتكم بتموينها , وانا مستعد للدفع بالأسعار الحره .



يقول كيسنجر : " فلم يبتسم الملك , بل رفع رأسه نحوي , وقال : وأنا رجل طاعن في السن , وامنيتي أن اصلي ركعتين في المسجد الاقصى قبل أن أموت , فهل تساعدني على تحقيق هذه الأمنيه .

3 . يقول الرئيس أنور السادات : أن الملك فيصل هو بطل معركة العبور , وسيحتل الصفحات الأولى من تاريخ جهاد العرب , وتحويلهم من الجمود إلى الحركه , ومن الإنتظار إلى الهجوم , وهو صاحب الفضل الأول في معركة الزيت , فهو الذي تقدم الصفوف وأصر على إستعمال هذا السلاح الخطير , والعالم ( ونحن ) مندهشون لجسارته , وفتح خزائن بلاده للدول المحاربه , تأخذ منها ماتشاء لمعركة العبور والكرامه , بل لقد أصدر أوامره لثلاثه من اكبر بنوك العالم أن من حق مصر ان تسحب ماتشاء وبلا حدود من اموال المعركه .



من أقوال الملك فيصل ( رحمه الله )

قال إبان الاعتداء الثلاثي على مصر رداً على الصعوبات الناتجة عن وقف تصدير البترول : (( لقد كنا نعيش تحت الخيام ونستطيع أن نعود إليها ، فلئن نخسر المال خير من أن نخسر الشرف )) .

(( أرجو أن تعتبروني خادم المسلمين وهذا شرف عظيم لي )) ..



إن أكثر ما أكره هو الكذب الذي كرهه الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم ، وإني لأكره أن أسمعه ولو من أحقر الناس فما شاء الله أن أرضاه لنفسي ..

(( ليست القومية العربية مذهباً وليست مبدأ وليست عقيدة وإنما هي : حسّّ أسمعه ، ولو من أحقر الناس فما شاء الله أن أرضاه لنفسي .))

نحن أمة الإسلام ديننا ودستورنا ، والدعوة إليه هدفنا ، والدفاع عنه واجبنا ، نؤمن بالتجمع مع إخواننا المسلمين ، متمثلين قوله تعالى : (( واعتصموا بحبل الله جميعاً ولا تفرقوا ))
