هل تنتقل عدوى كورونا من المصابين دون ظهور الأعراض عليهم؟

لفت مدير علم الطفيليات بجامعة سيتشينوفسك في موسكو أن البيانات السابقة أظهرت الاشخاص الذين كانوا مصابين بفيروس السارس كوف-2 يبدأون بإفرازا لفيروس التاجي بشكلٍ نشط ويصبح معدياً قبل ظهور الأعراض بثلاثة أيام، بينما تحدث ذروى العدوى الحقيقية قبل يوم واحد من ظهور الأعراض وعندما تظهر تصبح العدوى أقل إنخفاضاً.

من ناحية أخرى، فإن الهباء الجوي الفيروسي يتم تكوينه بشكلٍ أساسي أثناء السعال والعطس لكن عندما نتحدث عنه بشكلٍ غير مكثف يمكن أن تكون كمية الفيروس في الحلق عالية جداً حتى قبل ظهور الأعراض لدى بعض المصابين حيث تُقدر بنحو ترليون من الجسيمات فيروسية، إذ أن تبادل الأحاديث من مسافة أقل من مترين يمكن أن تسبب نشر العدوى، ما يؤكد على ضرورة الحفاظ على هذه المسافة.

وبحسب الخبير الأكاديمي الروسي أن أحدث طرق العلاج التي يتم إستخدامها في روسيا للوقاية من الفيروسات التاجية هي طريقة لنقل بلازما الدم من المرضى الذين تم شفاؤهم، حيث يحتوي هذا المصل على خلايا مضادة مناعية واقية وهي تساعد على مكافحة العدوى.

أما بالنسبة لوجود الأجسام المضادة لدى ثلث من تعافوا من الوباء فهذا الأمر شائع لدى العديد من حالات العدوى، فجميع المرضى لديهم إستجابة مناعية، لكن يتم إستخدام مصل الدم في العلاج لأنه يجب أن تكون هناك المزيد من الأجسام المضادة في الجسم.
