ما الفرق بين could have/should have

1.could have ----> It's used for a thing that was possible to happen, but it didn't happen.
شيء كان يمكن ان يحدث ،لكنه لم يحدث
2.should have---> It's used for a thing that was possible to happen and important to happen, but it didn't happen.
شيء كان ممكن ان يحدث، ويجب ان يحدث لكنه لم يحدث
