اردت منكم ان تساعدوني في تصحيح ترجمتي لاني اجد صعوبة في الكتابة والترجمىة لكني حاولت كتابة هذا الموضوع بالانجليزية لاني احتاجه لانه مطلوب علينا ضروري هذه الايام اتمنى ان لاتردوا طلبي وتساعدوني في تصحيح الترجمة

Introduction
English is spoken by one out of every six people in the world.. It is the international and most common language in the world .so It is the dominant international language in communications, science, business, aviation, entertainment, radio and diplomacy so it has often been referred to as a "world language," the lingua franca of the modern era. While English is not an official language in most countries, it is currently the language most often taught as a second language around the world .

Since English language is a global language and prevailing language where learning of English become an important and necessary .
So English language taught as a basic subject in schools , Institutes and universities in all countries of the world .
Since English language isn’t an official language in most countries It may shapes problem and obstacle for some people in learning process . so they attempt learning of English language through books ,dictionaries ,and Institutes also through Internet to improve their English language.
Many people study English languages in school but then stop using them and slowly forget what they have learned .so learning English is not an easy process, it needs a lot of time and effort with a lot of the will and determination .

Whereas English is important language and learning english also is very important and necessary so there is a lot of sources to leaning English you can improve your English through books where there is a lot of books to learning English . It is a great source provide English learners with useful information to improve their English
Also reading English books is wonderful source to increase their English vocabulary.

Also the internet has a lot of sites to leaning English and English learners use this sites to make their English be better.

Since English has become the key material in academic studies so the learners , students and teachers need to dictionary to translate an English words and expressions where the dictionary has an effective role in facilitating the process of learning the English language.

Language dictionary is the key to understanding the nerve of any language and the ability to deal with any language.

The importance of dictionary exist in that the dictionary is guide and reference per learner and teacher to translate words and expressions to understand any language.

There are several types of dictionaries such general General Dictionaries These are normal dictionaries that give you information about the most common words in English and Specialised Dictionaries These are dictionaries with words useful for special groups of people, for example:
Learner's dictionaries, for people learning a language
Bi-lingual dictionaries, for translating between languages
Technical dictionaries for professionals; e.g. medical and computer dictionaries
Thesauruses, which are dictionaries that list words with similar meanings together.
Dictionaries that concentrate on one part of language, such as dictionaries of idioms or collocations.
Dictionaries that translate between varieties of a single language, for example, British-American dictionaries.


You can find dictionary as book or program on cd or on internet or website work as search engine for search from meanings of words or terms .
The dictionary work as translation tool it is often regarded as a project for transferring meaning from one language to another.
We can define as simple The translation process as: Decoding the meaning of the source text, and Re-encoding this meaning in the target language. And
Or we can define Translation is the interpreting of the meaning of a text and the subsequent production of an **********alent text, likewise called a "translation," that communicates the same message in another language. The text to be translated is called the "source text," and the language that it is to be translated into is called the "target language"; the final product is sometimes called the "target text." .
translation process has a key and effective role to the process of communication and exchange of experiences from each other .

translation process require learning meanings of words , expressions and terms and learning grammars , Rhetorical pictures ,and Creativity to find adequate words that reflect the true intent writer
with that the translation Become art and creativity to make it wonderful thing .


but translation process has a lot of problems first problem is the translator may be unable to deliver the exact meaning of the text in any individual words which he wants to transfer to another language because some vocabulary different from each other and other reason for that is each language belong specific culture and transfer any words don’t mean transfer of a culture also every language different other language in order of their vocabulary . other problem to Translation process is doesn’t have a clear standards for the transport structures .
Now I can see I don’t imagine the life without translation
Where translation necessary and important to communicate with other languages .
